Downtown Bklyn: It’s Taking Less Time To Sell Coops

Days on market for Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill coops has fallen around 10% since the beginning of February from 233 days to 212 as of this week.  At the same time, the number of coop listing that re-listed (because they did not sell) is also falling, dropping by 33% in the same time frame.
